About this accommodation

Pulteney Court is a self-catered complex of four blocks of accommodation for postgraduate and exchange students.

137 students live here, sharing single or mixed-sex flats of three to five people, with shared bathrooms too.

The location is:

  • near the Kennet and Avon Canal
  • a five-minute walk from the heart of Bath's beautiful city centre
  • a few minutes' walk from local shops on Widcombe Parade

Living in a University managed building means your accommodation is looked after by our experienced operations team.

A bus stop with regular buses to campus is just a few minutes' walk away, so you can easily get to campus.

New for September 2022 our student hub in the city, Green Park House is a 15 minute walk away.

To make you feel safe and at home, Pulteney Court has a secure living environment, with swipe card access to the buildings.

There is a launderette in the complex, so you don't have to go far to do your washing.

All of our University accommodation is smoke free.

ACCOMMODATION FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

Settling into your new home at University, building relationships, cooking meals and cleaning with your housemates can be daunting, but your Student Living Ambassadors are here to help.

The Student Living Ambassadors are friendly faces to help out with any queries or concerns you may have, as well as running social activities and making sure you're aware of the latest events and updates.

They regularly check-in with you and your flatmates via Microsoft Teams calls. If you need help or advice with life in halls, you can schedule a one-to-one call with a Student Living Ambassador at any time by contacting livingsupport@bath.ac.uk.
